    What are your current recruitment criteria and qualification requirements for appointing DLC Members and Chairs?
    We refer to Section 192 and 193 of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, which outline the criteria, including the suitability of the applicant when appointing any DLC members or Chairs, see attached.
     
    What procedures have you implemented to give effect to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (Community Participation) Bill Amendments?
    What tikanga protocols have you implemented to give effect to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (Community Participation) Bill Amendments? 
    At this stage we have not yet implemented these procedures and tikanga protocols. 
    Have you seen any notable changes in community participation since implementation of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (Community Participation) Bill?
    There have been no notable changes in community participation since the implementation of this bill.
