Pay A Parking Ticket

If you get a parking ticket, you have 28 days from the date it is issued to pay the fine, or submit an appeal.

Please note we don't accept part-payments. Each ticket must be paid for in full.

  1. Bring your parking ticket or reminder notice into our Customer Service Centre

Makino Aquatic Centre, 10 Council Place, Feilding - Google Map

  2. Pay over the counter

We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. Please note, we charge a 1.3% transaction fee for credit card payments.

  1. Have the infringement details ready

You'll need the parking infringement notice number and the vehicle registration details from the ticket.

Lost your ticket? No problem. Contact us with your vehicle registration number and we'll look it up.

  2. Log into your internet banking

Our bank account details are as follows - BNZ 02 0628 0040024 00

Please ensure you enter the following details:

    • Particulars: the vehicle registration number
    • Code: "Parking Inf"
    • Reference: notice number (you can find this on your parking ticket)

Please use the correct particulars, code and reference. This is important so we can identify your payment.

What happens if I don't pay?

If you’re having trouble paying for your ticket, please let us know and we can work with you on the best possible solution.

Payment is due up to 28 days after the ticket is issued. If you don't pay your fine within this time, we'll send a reminder notice to the address where the vehicle is registered and give you another 28 days.

After that, we'll lodge your infringement with the Ministry of Justice for debt collection by the Courts. You will have to pay any extra costs.

For more information about the fines process, see the Ministry of Justice website.
